Official languages:

International Quality Conference languages are English and Russian, while for the National Quality Conference, it is Serbian.
Abstracts should be written in the language of the presentation (one the official Conference languages).
The registration for the Conference should contain the following elements:
(1) Name and surname of the author/authors
(2) Author’s/authors’ affiliation
(3) E-mail address of the author/authors
(4) Title of the paper (up to 10 words)
(5) Abstract (150-250 words) with a clear description of aims, methodology and expected results of the research.

Abstract submission: March 15th 2025
Notification of acceptance will be sent by March 20th 2025
Abstracts will be assessed by the members of Scientific Committee using the following criteria: originality and relevance of research topic, clarity and quality of the methodology as well as scientific contribution.
Full paper submission due April 30th 2025
Notification of paper acceptance will be sent by May 10th 2025

Publishing ethics:

We promote integrity in research publication so we support and advocate usage of COPE comprehensive guidelines and advice for our editors, and authors.

Payments:

Conference fee for publishing in IJQR 300 Euros
Conference fee for publishing in PES 175 Euros
Regular fee 100 Euros
